1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Media Orbitz s.r.o., Melónový rad 706, 946 39 Iža, Slovakia, IČO 47 207 337, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Nitra (Obchodný register Okresného súdu Nitra), Section Sro, Insert No. 44479/N (“we”). 2. What we collect and why
| Waitlist | Your work email address, when you join the Klara waitlist. We use it only to email you about Klara’s launch and early access. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email or by writing to us. |
| Website hosting and security | When you visit callklara.com, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time are processed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). |
| Analytics (planned, consent only) | We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It will run only if you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner; until then Google Consent Mode is set to “denied” and no Google Analytics script or cookie is loaded. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. |
3. Processors we use
- Bluefox (bluefox.email): stores the waitlist and sends our launch emails on our behalf.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): hosts and delivers this website (Cloudflare Pages and Workers) and processes the technical data described above.
- Google (Google Analytics 4): planned, and only after your consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Google and Cloudflare).
4. How long we keep it
Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, and at the latest 12 months after Klara’s public launch. Hosting logs: 30 days. Analytics data (if you consent): 14 months.
5. Cookies and local storage
We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (key klara_consent). Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) are set only after you accept analytics.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, dataprotection.gov.sk).
